Hi, I am Patricia Ferrufino-Mendoza, I bring the complementary elements of design and architectural consulting into my real estate approach. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Construction Management. I am currently certifying in Interior Design.
Being part of the space planning process in many residential and commercial renovations has allowed me to help clients and friends visualize the potential of homes before purchasing them. 
I bring not only experience in real estate transactions, but also the ability to help clients with a valuable suggestion about aesthetic judgments, additions,staging, permitting , inspections, materials and color selections, furniture arrangement, but mainlyidentifying strengths and weaknesses of a property.
